Cobb County has recieved a new community website that is focused on helping improve education and life in Cobb County. The site is created by educators for educators and parents. There are many issues in our community that could be improved upon.

This site will become a valuable resource for the citizens of Cobb County Georgia. It will take time to grow, but with the communities help we can create a location where we can all come together as a community and create lasting relationships.

The internet has been great for the economy as a whole, but it has also taken away from the personal interaction between individuals. Everyone is just so busy with commuting to Atlanta for work then rushing home to cook dinner and having just enough time to make it to Soccer practice or whatever other activity you may have planned for a particular evening, that there is just not any time for anything else. So now most of us don’t know our neighbors or if you do know them then its more or less their name and maybe what they do for a living, but there are a lot of people who do not have any deep relationships with others outside of their family and coworkers. Every person you meet can only enrich your life, whether that enrichment is for the better or worse depends upon the relationship, but its enrichment just the same. Every person you interact with changes you in some way. I have an entire theory based on physics that explains my thoughts on this, but I will digress for fear of boring you to death. But the basics are that everyone in this world is an expert at something and the more you can share experiences and knowledge with others the more we all grow as human beings.
